Welcome to Top of the Range Jindabyne. Lola's Loft is a two bedroom, cedar self contained house. Hidden away on 86 acres at an altitude of 1280m in the Australian Snowy Mountains. 15 minutes and 400 meters above Lake Jindabyne.  Typically a peaceful, private and quiet location with room for BBQ's and leisurely walks along the peak.

There are beautiful views of  the Snowy Mountains including Mt Kosciusko, Thredbo and perisher. The Dalgety plains below sweep across into Victoria.  20 minutes from NSW's  premier National Park,  The Mt Kosciusko NP.

Different in every season, winter is cold, windy and sometimes snowy, a lovely experience if it happens for your stay. Often above the snowfall line the loft can get snow in winter and occasionally in other seasons.  The air stays crisp and clean all year, a great escape from city summers heat. You can stay warm by the fire while taking in the relaxing views.  In summer, the  bright blue skies above the mountains are perfect for a swim in the snow melt fresh waters of Lake Jindabyne. In Autumn there is a striking yellows in the trees. Spring becomes a lovely green after the cold of winters chill. Snow views of the peaks from April to October are typical. A great time to explore the hike and bike trails. There is room for your boat, kids, gran, yet cosy enough to reunite a family. Ideal for a couple looking for a romantic city escape. Bring your favorite drinks to enjoy the cosy fire together.

There can be a variety of Australian wildlife from wallabies to wombats. Deer, roo's and echidnas, and plenty of local bird varieties stop by for a drink at the dam on occasion. Drop by Wild Brumby Distillery for a locally made schnapps, or lay in bed watching the stars through the loft window. The pace is yours to set. Get a good breakfast from the fresh eggs the free range hens laid for you, then set off on your adventures. Be it a bike ride or hike, a ski or board or a wine and cheese on the deck. The altitude will make it a refreshing day, the toasty fire a special night.
